Las personas con una autoestima sana cuenta con el gu\u00eda interior que en lugar de centrarse en el problema y culpabilizar, ayuda a tomar decisiones respeto a situaciones y personas, con el fin \u00faltimo de lograr su autorrealizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O <strong>cr\u00edtico<\/strong> es ese di\u00e1logo Interno negativo y limitante,<br>esa narrativa que nos contamos<br>autodestructiva, que da\u00f1a nuestra<br>Autoestima, confianza y seguridad en<br>nosotr@s mism@s, con sus quejas, sus<br>insatisfacciones, sus criticas hirientes, sus<br>exigencias&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestra Critica o Critico Interior puede ser como un monstruo interno, al cual nosotr@s<br>mism@s alimentamos sin darnos cuenta con
